Responsibilities
- Aid in project scope, budget development, and project design.
- Support Project Manager (PM) with technical leadership on conventional projects.
- Supports the design of experiments, interpretation of complex data, and development of conclusions.
- Lead the design and delivery of small to medium single-discipline projects and contribute as design lead on larger, multi-discipline projects.
- Write, produce, and review engineering specifications, documents, drawings, and other deliverables for clients.
- Accountable for developing, coordinating, and completing project documents for assigned scope, whether for an entire smaller project or a significant portion of a larger project.
- Participate in client meetings, as appropriate.
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress of project(s).
- Direct and mentor EITs and Designers in preparation of project plans.
- Monitor schedule and quality of technical team's work on projects and budget adherence.
- Utilization rates align with goal.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 6 or more years of engineering experience.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
- Solve problems effectively while managing multiple deadlines.
- Apply practical knowledge acquired through progressive experience to resolve issues.
- Strong working knowledge of CAD, design and calculation software, and other essential equipment for field and office work.
- Keep informed of new methods and developments affecting the organization.
Qualifications
