Responsibilities
- Lead schematic, conceptual, and detailed design of water and wastewater facilities, including sewage pumping stations, force mains, water booster stations, and collection/distribution systems
- Prepare construction documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, permit applications, and engineering reports for water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Support projects through the construction phase by coordinating with internal teams, municipalities, contractors, regulatory agencies, and clients
- Manage project budgets, schedules, proposals, and multidisciplinary project teams while ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines
- Utilize AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D to support engineering design and system analysis for municipal water and wastewater projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering REQUIRED
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D REQUIRED
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing project schedules and deadlines
- Experience with the design and delivery of water/wastewater infrastructure projects is highly preferred
