Water's Table - Expediter

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains wait times for food tickets as they arrive to the kitchen.
• Collaborates with the front of house restaurant team for accurate menu explanations, ingredient details, and allergy information.
• Understands menu ingredients to manage production and ensure consistency and freshness.
• Assists with food deliveries as needed.
• Performs other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Managers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a food handlers' permit.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of culinary and restaurant operations.
• Related hotel experience is preferred.
• A strong desire to serve guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Wage Information

The salary range for this position is $21.57 to $28.04. The starting hourly rate is $21.57. Final salary decisions will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.
