After a paid training program, expect to earn between $40,000 and $60,000. Full-time positions are available with flexible work schedules. No experience is necessary—this role is a good fit for those with backgrounds in carpet cleaning, construction, lawn care, pest control, and general labor. Responsibilities

• Remove water from structures using specialized equipment as part of a crew.
• Remove damaged furniture, flooring, and wall board.
