Requirements

• 1-3 years of Water Restoration experience preferred.
• IICRC Water Remediation Technician (WRT) Certification Required.
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work.
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

• Physical stamina and dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
