Responsible for restoring water-damaged properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing customers with professional service.
Responsibilities
- Assess damage and develop restoration plans
- Operate water extraction equipment and perform drying procedures
- Install and repair drywall, flooring, and other structural components
- Communicate effectively with clients and insurance adjusters
- Document work processes and maintain records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
Qualifications
- Experience in construction or related field preferred
- First aid and CPR certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
