Water Restoration Mitigation Technician | Leads & Crew Chiefs

About the role

We are a full-service restoration company that has been restoring damaged homes and businesses throughout the Greater Atlanta area since 2000. In this role, you will respond to emergency water damage situations and perform restoration and mitigation services. You will work closely with clients to ensure their properties are restored to pre-loss condition in a timely and efficient manner. Prior water mitigation or mold remediation experience is a plus but not required; experience in construction, cleaning, or other relatable labor positions may be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meet and communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Carefully move, clean, and protect client’s furniture and contents.
• Assist in the removal of damaged building materials.
• Extract water and set up drying equipment to dry residential homes and commercial buildings.
• Communicate effectively with clients and direct management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work either a Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat schedule.
• Must live within 40 minutes of our location in Acworth.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to pass a drug-screen and background check.
• Must have a great work ethic and be a good team member.

Schedule

• Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat
• Normal shift is generally 7:45am – 5pm
• Up to 2 nights of on-call watch
