We are looking to add another Project Manager to assist with large cutting edge projects in the Omaha area!
Responsibilities
- Perform design engineering
- Project design staff oversight
- Quality control
- Client development
- Proposal preparation
- Aid in sales pursuits for water related projects
- Lead a multidiscipline design team
- Work directly with clients
- Complete tasks within established schedules and budgets
- Help advance business development strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) license or must be able to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
- At least 5 years of professional water resources engineering experience
- Proven experience designing and leading small to large water related projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, model development and analysis, studies, proposals and/or reports
- Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Stream restoration experience
- Wastewater Treatment Project managing teams of design professionals
- Local candidates with strong network among local clients in the region and a broad range of civil engineering related experience
- Master’s degree
Skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management software

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $103,100.00 to $194,450.00.
Schedule
Our hybrid working policy allows employees to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations.
