Water Quality Specialist
About the role
H2O Care is a rapidly growing residential drinking water protection company with a unique focus on improving quality of life through healthy drinking water. Our goal is to provide healthy drinking water to every tap in America while eliminating bottled water waste from our environment. We pride ourselves in educating our customers on the importance of healthy drinking water and work tirelessly to protect their health by leveraging science to improve water quality.
We are looking for employees with a background in environmental science and an outgoing personality to educate customers, explain our unique approach to ongoing monitoring, and perform basic onsite procedures for inspections and testing. This role involves working with our support teams while maintaining some independence in field work, interacting with customers, taking water quality samples, and documenting water infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on the importance of healthy drinking water
- Explain H2O Care’s unique approach to ongoing water quality monitoring
- Perform onsite inspections and testing procedures
- Interact with customers in a professional and caring manner
- Collect water quality samples
- Document water infrastructure details
Requirements
- Background in environmental science
- Outgoing and customer-focused personality
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
