What You'll Do as a Water Restoration Technician

As an entry-level Water Restoration Technician, you'll gain hands-on experience while working closely with the expert team to:

• Respond to emergency calls and initiate water mitigation services
• Perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation
• Set up and monitor professional drying equipment
• Accurately document progress using job management software
• Work collaboratively with homeowners, office staff, and lead technicians to complete scheduled projects
• Maintain company standards for appearance, communication, and equipment upkeep

What You Bring to the Team

• High school diploma or GED
• A strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
• Basic knowledge of hand tools (preferred but not required)
• Customer service skills and a desire to learn
• Comfort using technology like smartphones and tablets
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Be ready to work overtime, weekends, and in varying weather conditions
• You'll climb ladders, wear respirators when needed, and work in tight spaces
• A strong sense of urgency and ability to follow directions are key to success
