Water Intern
Garver’s experienced Water Team, a concentrated group of experts in water/wastewater conveyance, treatment, planning and design, is seeking a Water and Wastewater Engineering Intern to join our team for Summer 2025. This intern will gain real-world experience in design while working in a fast-paced, professional setting. Join our group of professionals who are working with communities throughout the region and are developing solutions for their water needs.
Internship Description
- Work alongside and be mentored by experienced water professionals and industry leaders
- Gain real-world environmental and civil engineering experience through assisting with a wide array of water/wastewater projects
- Receive training from our experienced water staff and project managers
- Gain experience in the competitive consulting engineering industry
- Visit some of Garver’s Water project sites

Requirements
- Candidates must be pursuing a civil, chemical, mechanical or environmental engineering bachelor’s degree in an ABET accredited program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Interest in designing water and wastewater infrastructure
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AutoCAD or Revit
