Role Overview Seeking a skilled Water Heater Technician to install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial water heaters, including tank and tankless systems. Responsibilities Diagnose water heater issues and perform troubleshootingPerform routine maintenance, flushing, and inspectionsEnsure work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standardsCommunicate clearly with customers about service needs, timelines, and pricingMaintain a clean service vehicle and manage parts inventoryAccurately complete service documentation and job reports Qualifications & Skills At least 1 year of plumbing or water heater installation and repair experienceFamiliarity with tank, tankless, gas, electric, and hybrid systemsKnowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulationsValid driver’s license with a clean recordPlumbing license or apprenticeship preferredStrong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skillsCustomer-friendly attitude and professionalism
