Responsibilities

• Manage profitable water and wastewater projects with autonomy in client engagement and project execution.
• Oversee project planning, design, and implementation to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate with team members and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage water and wastewater projects from initiation to completion.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
• Ensure project profitability, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water/wastewater utilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
