This is a direct hire opportunity with ServiceMaster in the Mira Loma area, Riverside County. We are seeking a long-term employee with experience in the restoration industry, particularly with Xactimate and/or Symbility, focusing on water and fire restoration.

Responsibilities
- Assess damage and provide estimates using Xactimate and/or Symbility software
- Manage the restoration process from start to finish
- Communicate effectively with clients and insurance adjusters
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in water and fire restoration
- Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
