Water Engineering Technician

About the role

The Engineering Technician will work closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with all staff
• Manage a fair workload by staying focused and managing priorities
• Produce error-free drawings without sacrificing production volume
• Use CAD and other Engineering/Technical skills
• Understand project design and McClure-Drive Standards
• Use effective oral and written communication skills
• Use excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Requirements

• Minimum of a two-year certificate in Engineering Technology and/or Computer Aided Design preferred
• Two to five years of CAD experience desired

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:

• Strong understanding of construction systems and techniques and industry standards
• Strong knowledge of CAD and other Engineering/Technical skills
• Strong knowledge of project design
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
