Water Business Group Director of Owner Advisor Services
About the role
The Director of the Water Business Group (WBG) Owner Advisor (OA) will serve as the internal and external OA services practice lead, with the goals of:
- Increasing HDR OA services market share
- Standardizing HDR OA services delivery across the business group
- Comprehensive Risk Identification/Mitigation related to OA service contracts
- Elevate and Maintain the HDR OA services brand in water infrastructure industry.
Primary Responsibilities
The Director of the Water Business Group (WBG) Owner Advisor (OA) will serve as the internal and external OA services practice lead, with the goals of:
- Increase HDR OA services market share
- Standardize HDR OA services delivery across the business group
- Comprehensive Risk Identification/Mitigation related to OA service contracts
- Elevate and Maintain the HDR OA services brand in water infrastructure industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
- 10 years experience in related field
- Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience
- Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
- Works cooperatively with other business class regional directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts
- Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values

Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is $144,081 - $274,440 depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
