Heavy Mitigation

• Remove water-damaged materials, including soaked carpeting, heavy padding, drywall, and debris.
• Load, unload, and maneuver heavy industrial air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Perform "tear-outs" and cleaning in challenging environments like crawlspaces, attics, and flooded basements.

Equipment Setup

Rapid Response

• Participate in an on-call rotation to help our community when emergencies happen after hours.

Pay & Benefits

• Solid Pay: Starting at $17.00/hr with plenty of overtime opportunities.
• Standby Bonus: Guaranteed weekend standby bonus for on-call rotations, on top of your hourly pay if you are dispatched.
