Maintenance Technician III
Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
Monitor and repair HVAC system for the entire facility.
Perform plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs using methods that include soldering, brazing silver, PVC, CPVC and fittings.
Replace breakers, ballast and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; prevent and trouble shoot possible electric hazards.
Perform preventative maintenance of all aspects of units, common areas and grounds as required.
Ensure all systems such as HVAC, boilers, etc., are functioning properly.
Responsibilities

- Ensure all systems such as HVAC, boilers, etc., are functioning properly.
Requirements
- Certified HVAC, plumbing or electrical skill required.
- Working knowledge of appliance repair.
- A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.

Compensation
Generally starting at $33.76 - $45.01 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
