We are seeking a diligent and dependable Utility Maintenance Worker to join our team at Madison Utilities. Your primary focus will be on the maintenance and optimization of our water and wastewater systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues in water and wastewater systems using manual and automated tools.
• Ensure the reliability and efficiency of utility services.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience in utility maintenance or similar field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of utility systems and equipment.
