Responsibilities
- Manage wastewater engineering projects from planning through completion.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical leadership and project oversight.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License or ability to obtain one soon.
- 8+ years of wastewater engineering experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Must be able to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year (DOE)
