About the role
The Village of Gowanda Wastewater Treatment Plant is accepting applications for a full-time position with benefits. The work will be performed under the direct supervision of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator.
Responsibilities
- Routine maintenance
- Pump repairs
- Working in confined spaces
- Operating equipment
- Treatment and disposal of wastewater
- Support to other Village departments as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Valid NYS Driver's license
- Good physical condition
