We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions like "If you are currently employed at Smithfield, please log into Workday..." and "Apply Now!" etc. Also remove "Have a seat at our table." etc. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - Intro paragraph: "Have a seat at our table. When you join Smithfield, you become part of something special – a company that's sustainably feeding people around the world, producing good food the right way with respect for our people, animals, communities and planet. With opportunities across locations and functions, a culture grounded in our Core Four values - gratitude, communication, respect and accountability - and a strong commitment to learning, collaboration, and innovation, Smithfield offers challenging and rewarding careers where you can grow, contribute and make a real impact." That's about the company; could be "About the role" or "About Smithfield". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map. We have "The Value You'll Bring Join our team as a Wastewater Operator, where you will play an important role in maintaining and operating the equipment that ensure our wastewater is effectively treated. In this role, you will operate critical wastewater treatment equipment, monitor and interpret process control data from charts, flow meters, and gauges, and swiftly address issues that arise. Your hands-on work will involve collecting samples and performing minor repairs, making you an integral part of our commitment to clean and safe water. If you are motivated to drive excellence within our organization, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact!" That's like a summary; could be part of About the role. Then "What You'll Do" with bullet-like paragraphs: Equipment Operation and Maintenance..., Sample Collection..., Other Tasks... That's responsibilities. Then "What We're Seeking" with requirements: high school diploma or GED and 2+ years relevant experience; Class I Wastewater License (or able to acquire within 3 years); Class I Water License (or able to acquire within 2 years); Accustomed to working long hours, weekends, on-call; experienced at handling multiple assignments; occasional travel. That's requirements/qualifications. Then "Other Skills That Make You Stand Out": list of skills: basic understanding of wastewater chemistry; ability to perform math; demonstrated computer skills; excellent verbal/written communication; ability to work independently; ability to be respectful, approachable, team oriented; ability to work well with others in fast-paced environment. That's skills. Then "Physical Demands & Work Environment": details about environment, physical demands, etc. Could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions". Not in list of allowed headings, but we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe not create a separate heading if not matching allowed headings. The instruction says use headings for those specific ones; we can still include other headings? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings when appropriate, but we could also use other headings? Probably better to stick to those. Physical Demands could go under Requirements or maybe under a separate "Working Conditions" but not in list; maybe we can incorporate into Requirements as part of job demands. Then "Relocation Package Available Yes" - that's a benefit? Could be Benefits section. EEO etc to remove. Thus we need sections: - About the role (maybe combine intro and value you'll bring) - Responsibilities (What You'll Do) - Requirements (What We're Seeking) - Skills (Other Skills That Make You Stand Out) - Benefits (Relocation Package Available Yes) maybe also mention other benefits? Not given. Pay and Schedule: not specified; we should not create those sections if not present. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Also removed "Have a seat at our table." maybe we kept it? Actually we omitted that sentence. The intro we used started with "When you join Smithfield...". We omitted "Have a seat at our table." That's fine; it's not substantive? It's a tagline but maybe considered filler. We can keep it if we want but it's not essential. Safer to omit as it's not crucial. Check we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. Check we didn't include Job ID/requisition numbers. Not present. Check we didn't include Pay or Schedule sections. Not present. Check we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check we preserved all substantive info: Let's verify. From original: - Intro: "Have a seat at our table. When you join Smithfield, you become part of something special – a company that's sustainably feeding people around the world, producing good food the right way with respect for our people, animals, communities and planet. With opportunities across locations and functions, a culture grounded in our Core Four values - gratitude, communication, respect and accountability - and a strong commitment to learning, collaboration, and innovation, Smithfield offers challenging and rewarding careers where you can grow, contribute and make a real impact." We omitted "Have a seat at our table." but kept rest. That's okay. - "The Value You'll Bring Join our team as a Wastewater Operator, where you will play an important role in maintaining and operating the equipment that ensure our wastewater is effectively treated. If you are motivated to drive excellence within our organization, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact!" We included that in About the role paragraph. - "What You'll Do The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified. May perform other duties as assigned." We omitted that boilerplate sentence (the generic disclaimer). That's allowed to remove boilerplate. Then we kept the three bullet points. - "What We're Seeking To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions." We omitted that boilerplate. Then kept the list. - "Other Skills That Make You Stand Out" we kept as skills. - "Physical Demands & Work Environment" we omitted entirely; but is that substantive? It contains details about physical demands, environment, etc. According to instruction, we should preserve ALL substantive information. This is substantive. We need to include it somewhere. Since we don't have a specific heading for it, we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions". But the instruction says use headings for those examples; but we can still add other headings if needed? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those for those sections. However, to be safe, we could incorporate physical demands into Requirements (as they are job requirements). Or we could add a section "Working Conditions" but that's not in the list; risk of being considered not following instruction. Better to incorporate into Requirements. Thus we need to add the physical demands details into Requirements list. Let's extract that paragraph: "The plant environment will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non- weather related), working near moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Indoor and outdoor work environments. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Frequently required to stand; walk; use stairs, some ladder climbing, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and talk or hear. Work alternate shifts and some
