Responsibilities
- Work in a setting that involves harvesting animals and/or preparing products for shipment to customers.
- Use hand tools such as knives and hooks, as well as powered industrial tools like saws, skinners, or other powered knives.
- Operate centrifuge, sludge screening equipment, and Wastewater Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system and skimmers.
- Adjust treatment chemicals and steam valves as required.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and forklift operation.
- Understand and operate touch screen controls.
- Perform equipment clean-in-place (CIP) procedures.
- Inspect and maintain the Air Pollution Control System.
- Participate in and take responsibility for all company safety and environmental management programs.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Ability to multi-task in an industrial environment.
- Ability to work independently and in higher heat conditions.
- Attention to detail and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Dependable.

Schedule
Full-Time, 40 to 50 hours per week.
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.
