WASTEWATER OPERATOR

Responsibilities

• Work in a setting that requires harvesting animals and/or preparing product for shipment to customers
• Use hand tools such as knives and hooks
• Use powered industrial hand tools such as saws, skinners, or other powered knives
• Multi-task in an industrial environment
• Operate centrifuge
• Operate sludge screening equipment
• Operate Wastewater Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system and skimmers
• Adjust treatment chemicals as required
• Adjust steam valves
• Perform basic preventative maintenance
• Operate forklift
• Understand and operate touch screen controls
• Perform equipment clean-in-place (CIP) procedures
• Inspect and maintain Air Pollution Control System
• Participate in and take responsibility for all company safety and environmental management programs

Pay

Full-Time, 40 to 50 Hours Per Week

Schedule

2nd Shift, Monday through Friday and some Saturdays
