Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM • Hourly rate: $34.84 • Location: Hagerstown, Maryland
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the waste water system in compliance with site and environmental standards.
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on boiler, waste water, and utility equipment.
- Operate, inspect, and maintain pumps to ensure safe and reliable performance.
- Document work performed and communicate system or equipment concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures for utility systems.
Requirements
- Experience working with waste water systems or plant utilities.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting for equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Maryland T4 Waste Water Operator or Industrial Wastewater Works Operator, Class 2 (certification costs covered).
