Wastewater Operations Engineer Direct Hire - Onsite - Cincinnati, OH 45201 Salary range: $110,000 to $120,000 Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA, 401(k), PTO (parental leave, military leave, vacation/paid time off, sick leave) Paid holidays, and disability coverage. * Any candidate being considered must be able to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future* Description: The Wastewater Operations Engineer will provide engineering, project management, and technical support within a 24/7/365 plant operating environment. The position will support facility operations, engineering initiatives, capital projects, process improvements, and other technical needs associated with the operation and continued development of the facility. Candidates with experience in renewable natural gas (RNG), wastewater management, biological treatment, or similar industrial/process environments are preferred. Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide engineering and technical support for plant operations, projects, and facility improvement initiatives.Plan, evaluate, coordinate, and support engineering projects within an active 24/7/365 operating facility.Work with Operations, Engineering, contractors, vendors, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and other internal and external stakeholders as required to execute facility projects.Support capital planning and implementation of approved engineering and facility projects.Evaluate plant systems, processes, and operating requirements to identify opportunities for reliability, efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.Support applicable environmental, municipal, safety, engineering, and operational requirements.Complete technical analyses, standards, guidelines, processes, procedures, and special engineering projects as assigned.Provide project management support including contractor coordination, procurement, permitting, scheduling, construction activities, and project implementation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering - EIT or PE License preferred.5+ years experience involving engineering, project management and related technical experience.Experience within renewable natural gas, wastewater management, biological treatment, or a similar industrial/process environment preferred.Experience coordinating with Operations personnel, contractors, vendors, engineers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.Understanding of environmental and municipal permitting requirements.Ability to manage multiple engineering priorities and projects in an active operating environment. #ZR1
