Michael Page is recruiting on behalf of a respected commercial and industrial construction contractor for a Waste Water Superintendent position. The role involves leading field operations on challenging industrial construction projects, with a focus on wastewater construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wastewater construction activities to keep work aligned with project schedules.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and site activities to maintain steady progress.
• Review work completed in the field and address issues that affect quality or timing.
• Track daily construction progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
• Plan short-term site activities and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor needs.
• Maintain safe work practices across active construction areas.
• Work with project teams to resolve field conditions and keep construction work moving.
• Document site activity, progress, and key project updates.

Requirements

• Experience overseeing wastewater construction activities.
• Experience coordinating field crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage daily construction schedules and site priorities.
• Experience reviewing field work and addressing project issues.
• Ability to communicate clear progress updates to project teams.
• Experience planning labor, equipment, and material needs for site work.

Pay

Salary of $80,000 and up based on experience.
