Waste Water Operator (Licensed)

About the role

The Wastewater Level C Operator will hold a Level I license (may be in process of certification; employment is conditional on passing certification test) and possess at least one year of acceptable operating experience. This position will operate under supervision and will perform the following duties:

Responsibilities

• Operate the Water Treatment system
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and report unsafe acts and conditions
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and manage Process Safety Management related matters
• Assist with compliance recordkeeping
• Perform process control lab work
• Maintain wastewater equipment

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of acceptable operating experience
• Active WW license Level I; may be scheduled or pending at management discretion

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to pass a physical exam
