The new Beach House is located in the town of Waskesiu within Prince Albert National Park. Designed with a simple gable roof, it encloses a picnic area, washrooms, showers, and changing facilities. The building's seasonal adaptability creates a "Portal" that frames the entry point for beachgoers, offering picturesque views of the lake, sunsets, or wildlife such as elk wading in the water. The minimal material palette includes glazed concrete masonry units, thermally treated wood cladding, and a translucent glass channel system.
