Responsibilities

• Meet with the team in the morning to strategize
• Drive to pre-booked afternoon and evening appointments
• Use digital software for in-home demonstrations
• Inspect from a ladder or attic (no walking on roofs)

Qualifications

• No experience required — elite paid training provided
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Flexibility for midday, evening, and weekend shifts
• Ability to safely climb a ladder

Pay

• Uncapped 100% commission; top reps earn more than $250K
• Average first-year earnings $85K–$135K
• Average $2,500 per sale, paid weekly before installation
• W-2 employment with full benefits
