Washing Technician (NY) (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

As we do so, we continue to support the Shelter Project, the company’s in-house compassion program that has been providing free cannabis oil to cancer patients since 2014.
We are looking for a Washroom Technician to join our processing team. The ideal candidate is a cannabis concentrates enthusiast who has a strong understanding of solventless products. Previous experience working in a manufacturing or lab environment is preferred.
Location: Albany, NY • Reports to: Jonathan Mojarro, General Manager • On‑site requirement: 5 days per week in the lab.
Responsibilities
- Open and close down the wash room at the end of the day and break down/clean the wash room
- Thoroughly clean wash bags after each collection
- There are four collections per wash and two washes per day on a typical day (8 collections)
- Prep hash to be pressed during the work day
- Clean all work areas including but not limited to the wash room, freeze dryer room, press room, sink room, and other areas used by the solventless team within the facility
- Wear proper PPE and follow general lab safety guidelines
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations as designated
