As a Wash Dry Fold Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver excellent customer service. You’ll handle Wash Dry Fold orders with precision, ensuring each customer leaves feeling valued and satisfied, while maintaining a clean and inviting workspace essential to the SpinXpress experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and welcoming work environment by maintaining a clean, neat, and organized work area/facility.
• Help change the way people think about laundry.
• Build strong customer relationships within the community by providing an excellent customer service experience.
• Respond with urgency to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and any customer issues.
• Educate and share our services, products, and promotions to add value for customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Comply with the uniform dress code.
• Prioritize both customer and associate safety.
• Contribute to the growth of our Wash Dry Fold service.
• Place, take in, receive, process, and ring up all Wash Dry Fold orders in the POS system.
• Offer and communicate Wash Dry Fold values and services to customers.
• Sort, separate, wash, dry, fold, and hang guests’ laundry.
• Inspect laundry for stains or damage and treat or report as necessary.
• Deliver a high‑quality Wash Dry Fold experience for customers.
• Maintain inventory of all Wash Dry Fold supplies.
• Maintain upkeep of all laundry machines and inform a leader of any maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment that enhances the customer experience.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships within the community, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring all laundry is processed with care and precision.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift 20 lb or more consistently.
• Knowledge of proper laundry procedures and best practices to deliver high‑quality results.
• Reliability in being on time for scheduled shifts.
