Warriors Squash Seeks Squash Coaches

About the Role

Warriors Squash, a squash club in Fremont, California, is seeking motivated squash professionals to join our growing program as full-time or part-time coaches. We work with players of all ages and skill levels, offering junior and adult programs, private coaching, clinics, camps, and tournament support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private lessons (approximately 20–30 hours per week, depending on demand)
• Organize and coach squash clinics 2–3 times per week
• Run junior programs, camps, and summer programs
• Coach group lessons and training sessions
• Play practice games with kids and junior players
• Support junior players at tournaments, including traveling with players
• Assist with club events, tournaments, and overall program development

Requirements

• Level 1 or Level 2 squash coaching certification/permit
• Solid squash coaching experience
• Squash playing level of 5.3 or above
• Ability to coach both juniors and adults
• Willingness and commitment to travel to coach junior players at tournaments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, organized, dependable, and energetic approach
• Legal work authorization in the United States

Qualifications

• PSA or former PSA player experience is a plus
• College/university squash experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel with players are a plus
