About the role

Serves as the initial contact for our sales agencies to assist with products, systems, and solutions issues. Takes ownership of ensuring issues are resolved timely and effectively for the customer, directly or by involving internal partners. This role is a key frontline service element of Acuity Brands, emphasizing customer satisfaction, responsiveness, fiscal responsibility, commercial sensitivity, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Learns products and processes pertaining to Warranty Services standard work and product playbooks.
• Documents field labor claims and replacement fixture or parts data.
• Utilizes LEAN tools to improve processes, communication, and resolutions for Acuity Brands products, systems, and solutions to drive improved customer satisfaction and reduce quality costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in a Customer Service field.
• Computer competence and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Travel: 1-20%.

Pay

The range for this position is $41,600.00 to $89,500.00. Placement within this range may vary based on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
