What Drives Success
The Warranty Representative III evaluates and processes warranty claims, and supports dealers and homeowners by phone and e-mail. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration.
- Provide technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration.
- Review warranty claims.
- Resolve complex non-standard warranty items independently.
- Resolve problems escalated through lower staff levels.
- Cookordination with a wide variety of functions within the company and liaison with customers during post-delivery times.
- Provide work leadership to lower-level customer service staff as needed.
What We Are Looking For
Requirements include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A working knowledge of products and parts.
- Full knowledge of warranty review processes.
- Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.
What We Offer
Compensation:
- This is a salaried non-exempt role.
- The starting salary range for this role and market is between $51,000-$67,000 annually.
- Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
