Warranty Rep III

What Drives Success

The Warranty Representative III evaluates and processes warranty claims, and supports dealers and homeowners by phone and e-mail. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration.
• Provide technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration.
• Review warranty claims.
• Resolve complex non-standard warranty items independently.
• Resolve problems escalated through lower staff levels.
• Cookordination with a wide variety of functions within the company and liaison with customers during post-delivery times.
• Provide work leadership to lower-level customer service staff as needed.

What We Are Looking For

Requirements include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A working knowledge of products and parts.
• Full knowledge of warranty review processes.
• Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.

What We Offer

Compensation:

• This is a salaried non-exempt role.
• The starting salary range for this role and market is between $51,000-$67,000 annually.
• Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
