Position Overview

Warner Mechanical, a Division of R.W. Warner, Inc., is seeking a Project Manager to oversee mechanical and plumbing construction projects. This role requires an active security clearance and frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution, and closeout
  • Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to meet project objectives
  • Travel to project sites, including remote or secure facilities, as required by project scope
  • Obtain and maintain required security clearances and site access credentials
  • Manage job costs, change orders, billings, forecasting, and overall project profitability
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact and lead project meetings
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company policies
  • Provide regular project status updates to leadership

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work on-site as project needs require
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
  • Solid understanding of project financial management, cost control, and scheduling
  • Proficiency with construction project management and scheduling software

Work Environment

  • Combination of office, jobsite, and travel-based work environments
  • May include work at secure, restricted, or remote facilities
  • Leverage of leadership role requiring collaboration with clients, field teams, and internal departments
