Wargame Exercise Analyst

About the role

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Wargame Exercise Analysts to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii and Dallas, Texas. Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Validates technical documentation and exercise scenarios to ensure alignment with established industry and military standards.
• Authorizes quality gate oversight for simulation data and coordinates complex logistical requirements for multinational training events.
• Serves as a primary Technical Authority for the application of asymmetric modeling techniques.
• Oversees the development of training manuals and materials for operational systems including command and control of the information environment.
• Coordinates with Mission Partners to translate received requirements into discipline-specific language for theater exercises.
• Manages the technical writing and editing process for consolidated exercise reports suitable for high-level distribution.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Qualifications

Senior Level

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• Demonstrated experience in quality gate oversight and serving as a Functional Lead.

Midlevel

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• Demonstrated ability to draft technical documentation and follow established SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience.
• Experience with Joint Operational Planning Toolkit (JOPT) and C2IE systems.

Clearance Required

Must hold an active Secret Clearance.

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
