About the role

The Warehouser position at our Devins, MA location involves loading and unloading trailers, picking, packing, and staging freight, utilizing scanners, and maintaining a customer service-first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trailers using appropriate equipment – carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Picking, packing, and staging freight for pickup
• Physically lifting and moving boxes
• Utilizing scanners to read, track and monitor freight throughout the warehouse
• Operating with a customer service first mentality
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including but not limited to day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Prior experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred
• Ability to frequently lift merchandise weighing in excess of 25 lbs
• Read, write, and speak English; communicate effectively

• $20.15 per hour starting wage, increasing to $22.20 after 12 months and $25.25 after 24 months of employment
