About the role

We are seeking dependable CDL-A yard truck drivers to safely and efficiently operate shuttles, moving trailers between buildings, staging areas, and loading dock doors. Yard drivers build relationships with team members using a positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with operations to meet needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard trucks to move trailers between buildings, staging areas, and loading docks.
• Maintain a clean driving record while adhering to safety protocols.
• Build positive relationships with team members to meet operational needs.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

• Up to $32.71 per hour.
• Additional $0.25/hour night shift differential.
• Overtime pay after 40 hours per week.
