Warehouse Worker - Shipping 5pm

About the role

Warehouse Associate – Shipping Company: Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. Location: Austell, GA. Position Type: Warehouse / Shipping.

Pay

Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour. Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hour. Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment.

Schedule

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. until shipping operations are complete.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for shipment
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training provided as needed
• Verify parts and quantities to support inventory accuracy
• Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep work moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work
• Availability to work until shipping operations are complete each night
• Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and ladder use throughout the shift
• Ability to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season
