Warehouse Worker - Repair

Location: Reno, NV

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Summary

We’re seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented repair associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling and repairing a variety of appliances and furniture. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with inventory, warehousing tasks, and the movement of repair merchandise.

Minimum/Preferred Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Power‑tool knowledge.
• Good cognitive and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop personal repair processes.
• Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities/Duties

• Assess the nature of items returned (appliances, electronics, and furniture) and verify claims of defective merchandise.
• Diagnose issues, order parts, and repair appliances.
• Interface in a friendly and positive manner with vendor representatives and customers via phone or email.
• Perform additional duties such as inventory management, warehousing, and movement of repair merchandise.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Overtime may be required depending on workload.
