About the role

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items from the warehouse, keeping records, and compiling inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Complete general housekeeping duties
• Receive and count inventory, and record data manually or using a computer
• Put correct inventory in correct bins
• Pick correct parts from locations to be used on the floor
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisor
• Maintain work area in clean, safe and orderly manner
• Use proper safety equipment and apparel required for each operation on individual’s product line or work cell
• Operate fork-truck
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Lift/Carry up to 50lbs alone and 100lbs assisted
• Occasionally – Occurs up to 1/3 of the time
