Warehouse Worker II

We provide residential lighting fixtures across key categories, including interior and exterior decorative lighting, bath/vanity, architectural systems, ceiling fans, and landscape.
About the role
This onsite position in Las Vegas, Nevada involves less than 5% travel and may require extended hours during peak shipping periods or to support urgent logistics needs. The role is designated as safety-sensitive due to the operation of powered industrial trucks (PIT) and other equipment.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM, with overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks
- Safely operate PIT equipment (order pickers, reach trucks, walkie rider pallet trucks) to move materials and products
- Unload, sort, and palletize inbound product from containers and/or trailers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area through the 5S methodology
- Perform daily cycle counting
- Sort, organize, and build pallets
- Restocking and stocking
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse operations
- Previous certifications in Powered Industrial Truck operations
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexible and responsive to shifting priorities and organizational needs
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
