About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate at Gritton & Associates, you will handle incoming shipments, manage inventory storage, operate forklifts, and support daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and stocking daily HVAC products and parts into respective areas
- Assist counter sales in pulling orders and loading them into vehicles
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Count stock and manage inventory
Requirements
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Company-paid certification and training will be provided if needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of technology and machinery used for transporting and storing material goods
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service
Physical Demands
- Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are required to perform the functions of this position.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to operate forklift equipment.
Pay
Estimated compensation: $21.00-24.00 an hour DOE
