About the role

Our Distribution Center is seeking dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. Positions available include Day Shift and Night Shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep Your Edge - Move efficiently to ensure life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.
• Participate in a company incentive plan to earn additional compensation based on performance.

Requirements

• Entry level experience.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift).
• Able to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product).

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a high-paced, professional work environment.
• Knowledge of driving power industrial equipment and specialized processes.
• Ability to operate advanced automation.

Pay

• $22.00/hr starting pay rate, increasing to $23.26/hour in 12 months.
• Additional compensation may be earned through incentive pay based on performance.

Schedule

• Day Shift: Currently unavailable.
• Night Shift: Sunday 6:00PM Start, Monday to Thursday 6:30PM Start.
