Responsibilities
- Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure life‑changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

- Receive on‑the‑job training to become certified in driving power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.
Requirements
- Entry‑level experience.
- Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift).
- Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product).

Pay
Starting pay rate up to $19.45/hour, increasing to $20.64/hour after 12 months. Additional compensation may include incentive pay for individual and/or team performance, annual bonus, or long‑term incentive opportunities, based on career level, experience, skills, fairness & equity, and geographical markets.
Schedule
Night shift options: Monday‑Thursday, 10:00 pm – 8:30 am; Monday‑Friday, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am. Schedules are shared two weeks in advance, with possible overtime during high demand to ensure healthcare products reach customers and patients.
