Warehouse Worker - Full Time Shifts

Responsibilities

• Move efficiently during shifts to ensure life‑changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training to become certified to operate power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.

Requirements

• Entry‑level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift (steps vary per shift).
• Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs repetitively throughout a shift without assistance (weight varies by product).
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (37 – 42 °F) for a minimum of 80 % of the shift or as needed.
• Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment (training will be provided).

Pay

Starting pay rate $21.70 / hour, increasing to $22.97 / hour after 12 months. Material Handlers eligible for a company incentive plan can earn additional performance‑based pay, with top performers earning up to about $1.75 / hour in incentive pay.

Schedule

Available shifts: Sunday – 6 PM until completion; Monday – Thursday – 7:30 PM until completion. (Shift times may vary and will be discussed at interview.)
