About the role

The Associate II, Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health's operations by handling materials and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. This includes receiving, storing, and shipping products efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Unloads trucks in the Inbound section using a pallet jack or equivalent devices to pull pallets out of the trucks.
  • Uses Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products, especially if working with specialty products, must follow regulations to store refrigerated products.
  • Stores products in warehouse locations using order picker or other devices.
  • Picks products from warehouse locations and loads them into outbound trucks.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience, preferred
  • A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly operating equipment
  • Must be willing to be certified on equipment such as reach trucks and cherry pickers

Pay

The anticipated hourly range is $20.50 per hour - $24.07 per hour based on experience (includes shift differential). Bonuses are eligible.

Schedule

Hours for this position are: 6:00am-2:30pm (or working until the work is complete) Sunday - Thursday. Must be flexible to work overtime based on business needs.
