Shift(s)
1st shift with a rotating weekly schedule, hours don’t change, but the workdays rotate. See example below:
- Week One: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - 7:00am to 5:30pm
- Week Two: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday - 7:00am to 5:30pm
Pay
Base rate of $20/hour, plus a $2/hour shift premium. On top of that our performance incentive programs let you take control of your earning potential!
What You’ll Do
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies
- Team Collaboration: Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency
- Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment
What It Takes to Succeed
- Positive Attitude & Work Ethic: Arrive to every shift ready to work hard and contribute to the team
- Dependability: Be a reliable team player with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Experience: Previous forklift experience is a plus – we’ll provide the training you need!
