Monday – Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm

Pay

$25.00/hr. + performance incentive programs let you take control of your earning potential.

About the role

As a Warehouse Worker at our Tukwila Distribution Center, you are more than just an equipment operator – you’re an MVP of our team! If you’re new to operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. WOW Logistics is a drug-free workplace, and the Warehouse Worker position is considered safety-sensitive.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment.

Requirements

• Positive Attitude & Work Ethic: Arrive to every shift ready to work hard and contribute to the team.
• Dependability: Be a reliable team player with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll provide the training you need.
